I have been having a lot of issues for the last few weeks, issues that are ongoing and doesn’t seem to have an end in sight.
To try to help with these issues, I have created a new blog that’s part diary and part self help page. Basically, I record, or at least try to, what I’m feeling at any given time. I attempt to capture the varying emotions that are rampaging through me and the thoughts that are racing through my mind.
Sometimes this helps and sometimes it doesn’t . Sometimes I’m afraid to write what I’m actually feeling or thinking but I do my best to be honest, at least to myself.
